    Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human kidney tissue labeling SNX5 with ab180520 at 1/50 dilution. Anti-rabbit HRP secondary antbody was used and cells counterstained with Hematoxylin.

    Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with EDTA buffer pH 9 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
