This product was changed from ascites to tissue culture supernatant on 18th September 2017. Lot numbers higher than GR3185124 will be from tissue culture supernatant. Please note that the dilutions may need to be adjusted accordingly.

ab75257 Anti-RIP2 antibody [AF28D3] was shown to specifically react with RIP2 in wild-type HeLa cells. Loss of signal was observed when knockout cell line ab264688 (knockout cell lysate ab258636) was used. Wild-type and RIP2 knockout samples were subjected to SDS-PAGE. ab75257 and Anti-GAPDH antibody[EPR16891] - Loading Control (ab181602) were incubated overnight at 4°C at 1 in 2000 dilution and 1 in 20000 dilution respectively. Blots were developed with Goat anti-Mouse IgG H&L (IRDye® 800CW) preadsorbed (ab216772) and Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (IRDye® 680RD) preadsorbed (ab216777) secondary antibodies at 1 in 20000 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature before imaging.

ab75257 was shown to recognize RIP2 when RIP2 knockout samples were used, along with additional cross-reactive bands. Wild-type and RIP2 knockout samples were subjected to SDS-PAGE. ab75257 and ab181602 (loading control to GAPDH) were both diluted 1/2000 and incubated overnight at 4°C. Blots were developed with Goat anti-Mouse IgG H&L (IRDye® 800CW) preadsorbed (ab216772) and Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (IRDye® 680RD) preadsorbed (ab216777) secondary antibodies at 1/10 000 dilution for 1 h at room temperature before imaging. -
