A431 (human epidermoid carcinoma cell line) cells stained for PBXIP1/HPIP (green) using ab228938 (1/500 dilution) in ICC/IF. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 minutes. Counterstain: Hoechst 33342 (blue).
