Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-PARD6B antibody (ab234786)Paraffin-embedded human liver cancer tissue stained for PARD6B using ab234786 at 1/325 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis. Antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum for 30 minutes at room temperature. The primary antibody was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody.

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-PARD6B antibody (ab234786)4% formaldehyde-fixed, 2% Triton X-100 permeabilized HepG2 (human liver hepatocellular carcinoma cell line) cells stained for PARD6B using ab234786 at 1/108 dilution in ICC/IF, followed by Alexa Fluor 488® congugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L).
Counter-stained with DAPI. 10% normal goat serum was used as blocking solution.
