Flow cytometric analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed human peripheral blood mononuclear cells labeling NCR1 with ab244208 at 1/600 dilution (Right) compared with a Rabbit monoclonal IgG (ab172730, Left). A Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488, ab150097) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/5000 dilution.
Cells were stained with rabbit IgG (Left) or anti-NCR1 RabMab (Right). Then stained with BV421-conjugated anti-CD56. The expression pattern is consistent with what described in the literature (PMID:24483185).
Gated on viable cells.
