Specificity
This monoclonal antibody reacts in immunoblots specific with myosin and is specific to the 75kD of Myosin. Does not react with alpha-cardiac myosin. Does not react with the light-chain but with the last 75 kD of the myosin molecule. These 75 kD are located on a myosin-common site-chain. -

Reacts with: Chicken -
Positive control
- Chicken muscle myomyofibrils.
