ab2716 staining (3µ g/ml) of Jurkat lysate (RIPA buffer, 30µ g total protein per lane). Primary incubated for 12 hours. Detected by western blot using chemiluminescence. -
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-Melanophilin antibody (ab2716)Wild-type C57bl6 derived melanocytes were stained with ab2716 (0.5ug/ml) and detected with Alexa568 conjugated donkey anti-sheep second antibodies.
