Immunoprecipitation - Anti-LGR5 antibody [OTI2A2] (ab273092)

Immunoprecipitation (IP) of LGR5 by using ab273092 (lane 2) compared against competitive anti-LGR5 antibodies.

Lane 1: Negative control: IP without adding anti-LGR5 antibody.

Lane 2: ab273092 IP.

Lanes 3-8: Competitior anti-LGR5 antibodies.

For each experiment, 500ul of DDK tagged LGR5 overexpression lysates (at 1/5 dilution with HEK-293T lysate), 2ug of anti-LGR5 antibody and 20ul (0.1mg) of goat anti-mouse conjugated magnetic beads were mixed and incubated overnight. After extensive wash to remove any non-specific binding, the immunoprecipitated products were analyzed with rabbit anti-DDK polyclonal antibody.
Flow Cytometry - Anti-LGR5 antibody [OTI2A2] (ab273092)

Flow cytometric analysis of HEK-293T cells transfected with either LGR5 overexpressed plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue). Cells were immunostained with ab273092 at 1/100 dilution.
