Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-IL-2 antibody [EPR2780] (ab92381)

ab92381 at 1/250 dilution staining IL2 in Formalin-fixed, Paraffin-embedded Human tonsil tissue. Detection: DAB staining.

Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval via the pressure cooker method before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-IL-2 antibody [EPR2780] (ab92381)

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence analysis of PBMC (Human primary peripheral blood mononuclear cell) cells labeling IL-2 with purified ab92381 at 1/500 dilution (4.2 µg/mL). Cells were fixed in 4% Paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% tritonX-100. Cells were counterstained with ab195889 Anti-alpha Tubulin antibody [DM1A] - Microtubule Marker (Alexa Fluor^® 594) 1/200 (2.5 µg/mL). Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor^® 488, ab150077) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1000 (2 µg/mL) dilution. DAPI (blue) was used as nuclear counterstain. ab195889 Anti-alpha Tubulin antibody [DM1A] - Microtubule Marker (Alexa Fluor^® 594) 1/200 (2.5 µg/mL) was used as the secondary antibody only control.

Flow Cytometry - Anti-IL-2 antibody [EPR2780] (ab92381)

Flow Cytometry analysis of Jurkat (Human T cell leukemia T lymphocyte) cells labeling IL2 with purified ab92381 at 1/100 dilution (10ug/mL) (red). Cells were fixed with 80% methanol and permeabilised using 0.1% Tween-20. A Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor^®488) (ab150077) secondary antibody was used at 1/2000 dilution. Isotype control - Rabbit monoclonal IgG (Black) (ab172730). Unlabeled control - Cell without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody (Blue).
