    Formaldehyde-fixed, Triton-permeabilized HEK-293T (human epithelial cell line from embryonic kidney transformed with large T antigen) cells labeling HDAC6 (Green) using ab253032 at 25 µg/mL. Coverslips were incubated with an anti-mouse Ab conjugated to AlexaFluor®488. Slides were counterstained with DAPI (Blue).

    Detection of human HDAC6 using ab253032 by ELISA. The plate was coated with recombinant human HDAC6 protein. BSA-blocked plate was probed with a dilution series of ab253032 (10-4 - 103 nM) followed by incubation with anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody conjugated to HRP.
