Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-Ganglioside GM1 antibody (ab23943) Image courtesy of Nir Drayman by Abreview.ab23943 staining Ganglioside GM1 in African Green Monkey CV1 cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. The cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde, permeabilised in 100% methanol and then blocked using 5% serum for 1 hour at room temperature. Samples were then incubated with primary antibody at 1/10 for 16 hours at 4°C. The secondary antibody used was a goat anti-rabbit IgG conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488 (green) used at a 1/200 dilution. Counterstained with DAPI (1 ug/ml).
