Immunohistochemical staining of Rat liver tissue labeling Feutin B using ab191569 at 1/600 dilution (1μg/ml). Negative control (inset) using PBS instead of ab191569. Secondary antibody is a ready to use HRP Polymer for Rabbit/Mouse IgG. Counterstained with Hematoxylin.

Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
