EWSR1/EWS was immunoprecipitated from K562 (human chronic myelogenous leukemia lymphoblast) whole cell lysate with ab252829 at 12.03µg/ml (2μg in 0.35mg lysates). Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab252829 at 1/1000 dilution. Goat Anti-Rat IgG (H+L), HRP) (ab205720) was used at 1/5000 dilution.
Lane 1: K562 whole cell lysate 10µg (Input).
Lane 2: ab252829 IP in K562 whole cell lysate.
Lane 3: Rat monoclonal IgG instead of ab252829 in K562 whole cell lysate.
Blocking and dilution buffer and concentration: 5% NFDM/TBST.
Exposure time: 3 secs.This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab252829).
