Immunoprecipitation - Anti-DUSP10 antibody (ab87842)ab87842 (lane 1) or a control IgG (lane 2) were used at a concentration of 10µg per mg of lysate to immunoprecipitate 1 mg of HeLa whole cell lysate.
20% of IP was loaded in each lanel and probed with ab87842 at 1µg/ml.
Detection: chemiluminescence with exposure time of 30 seconds.
