Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-Collagen IV antibody (ab235296)
Immunocytochemical analysis of 4% PFA-fixed mouse NIH/3T3 cells labeling Collagen IV with ab235296 at 15 µg/ml overnight at 4°C, followed by a donkey anti-goat IgG DyLight™ 488 conjugated preabsorbed secondary at 5 µg/ml for 1 hour at RT (green). The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).
