Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-CMKLR1 antibody (ab230442)Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue stained for CMKLR1 with ab230442 at 1/100 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis. Incubated with the primary antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
