    Observed band size: 25,37 kDa why is the actual band size different from the predicted?

    The molecular mass at 37-kDa is the glycosylated form, consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID:16998465). The 25-kDa band (lane 2) was observed upon deglycosylation.
