This data was developed using ab194292, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.Immunoprecipitation of C14orf169 / NO66 from 1mg of HEK293 (Human epithelial cells from embryonic kidney) whole cell lysate with ab194292 at 1/1000 dilution. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab194292 at 1/1000 dilution. VeriBlot for IP Detection Reagent (HRP) (ab131366) at 1/10000 was used for detection.
Lane 1: HEK293 whole cell lysate 10µg (Input).
Lane 2: ab194292 IP in HEK293 whole cell lysate.
Lane 3: Rabbit monoclonal IgG (ab172730) instead of ab194292 in HEK293 whole cell lysates.

Nuclear staining on epithelial cells of human colon. Counter-stained with Hematoxylin.
