Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of human breast carcinoma (left) and human prostate carcinoma (right) tissues labelling BTF3 with ab113974 at 1/1000 (1µg/ml). Detection: DAB.
-
Detection of BTF3 in Immunoprecipitates of HeLa whole cell lysates (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) using ab113974 at 10 µg/mg lysate for IP (Lane 1). For WB detection an anti-BTF3 antibody which recognizes a upstream epitope was used at 1 µg/ml. Lane 2 represents control IgG IP. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
Predicted band size : 22 kDa.
