ARID3B was immunoprecipitated from 0.5 mg of K562 (human chronic myelogenous leukemia lymphoblast cell line ) (lane A) and HEK-293T (human epithelial cell line from embryonic kidney transformed with large T antigen) (lane B) whole cell lysate with 2 µL ab276048 and 15 µl of 50% Protein G agarose. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab276048 at 1/100 dilution. Rabbit IgG (H+L) Dylight 800-labeled antibody, was used as secondary antibodyat 1/5000 dilution.
Developed using the odssey technique.
Performed under reducing conditions. -
All lanes : Anti-BDP / ARID3B antibody [008] - BSA and Azide free (ab276048) at 1/500 dilution
Lane 1 : HEK-293T (human epithelial cell line from embryonic kidney transformed with large T antigen) whole cell lysate
Lane 2 : K562 (human chronic myelogenous leukemia lymphoblast cell line ) whole cell lysate
Lane 3 : HepG2 (human liver hepatocellular carcinoma cell line) whole cell lysate
Lysates/proteins at 30 µg per lane.
