General notes
Ab251155 is the carrier-free version of ab192870. This format is designed for use in antibody labeling, including fluorochromes, metal isotopes, oligonucleotides, enzymes.
Our carrier-free formats are supplied in a buffer free of BSA, sodium azide and glycerol for higher conjugation efficiency.
Use our conjugation kits for antibody conjugates that are ready-to-use in as little as 20 minutes with
ab251155 is compatible with the Maxpar® Antibody Labeling Kit from Fluidigm.
Maxpar® is a trademark of Fluidigm Canada Inc.
This product is a recombinant monoclonal antibody, which offers several advantages including:
- - High batch-to-batch consistency and reproducibility
- - Improved sensitivity and specificity
- - Long-term security of supply
- - Animal-free production

This data was developed using ab192870, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human testis tissue labeling ART3 using ab192870 at 1/500 dilution (0.6 μg/ml). A prediluted HRP Polymer for Rabbit IgG was used as secondary. Counterstain: Hematoxylin. Negative control also shown. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Secondary
Anti-Rabbit IgG (HRP), specific to the non-reduced form of IgG at 1/1000 dilution
Predicted band size: 44 kDa
Observed band size: 44 kDaThis data was developed using ab192870, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.

This data was developed using ab192870, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.Immunoprecipitation analysis of Human testis lysate labeling ART3 using ab192870 at 1/20 dilution (Lane 1). PBS negative control (Lane 2). Anti-Rabbit IgG (HRP), specific to the non-reduced form of IgG at 1/1500 was used as the secondary antibodyNote: The band observed at 41 kDa may be due to the removal of a 27 amino acid propeptide (mature form).
