Immunofluorescence analysis of HeLa cells labelling ARSA/ASA with ab77586 at 10 µg/mL. Cells were permeabilized with 0.15% Triton X-100. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) (ab150077) at 2 µg/mL was used as the secondary antibody (green). Nuclear DNA was labelled with DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG 10 µg/mL.
