    The immunogen used for this product is within Human Amyloid Precursor Protein aa 750 to the C-terminus and therefore may detect gamma secretase fragments 50, 57 and 59 in addition to fragments C31, C80, C83 and C99. Cross-reactivity with these fragments has not been confirmed experimentally.

    Ab251447 is the carrier-free version of ab206297. This format is designed for use in antibody labeling, including fluorochromes, metal isotopes, oligonucleotides, enzymes.

    This data was developed using ab206297, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% Triton X-100 permeabilized HeLa (Human epithelial cells from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells labeling Amyloid Precursor Protein (phospho T668) with ab206297 at 1/100 dilution, followed by Goat anti-rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488) (ab150077) secondary antibody at 1/1000 dilution (green). Confocal image showing nuclear staining on HeLa cell line. The expression increased after treatment with nocodazole (0.04ug/ml) for 24 hours. The nuclear counterstain is DAPI (blue).
