Immunoprecipitation - Anti-AFG2 antibody (ab241369)
AFG2 was immunoprecipitated from HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded, cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer) using ab241369 at 6 µg per reaction. Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using ab241369 at 1 µg/ml.
Lane 1: ab241369 IP in HeLa whole cell lysate.
Lane 2: Control IgG in HeLa whole cell lysate.Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
